The Brief

The client acquired a tired three-storey former accountant’s office and wanted it reimagined as a contemporary, comfortable family home — brighter, better zoned, and designed for modern living. Key requirements included:

• A new loft bedroom
• A high-spec family bathroom
• A dedicated utility room
• An open-plan kitchen/living space suitable for everyday life and entertaining

What we Delivered

Structural reconfiguration

Internal walls were removed and new partitions formed to create a residential layout that flows properly over three floors.

Loft bedroom creation

The loft space was converted into a new bedroom, adding valuable living space and a private retreat.

Electrical and full internal upgrade

A full electrical rewire was completed alongside comprehensive refurbishment works to bring the building up to modern residential standard.

Highlights include:

• A large family bathroom with a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower with a Crittall-style screen
